File Auditing & Broker Compliance
Need organizational help for all of your paper work to remain complaint? We've got you covered! If you find yourself overwhelmed with gathering all the documents and disclosures for your broker's compliance, we can take care of that for you.
A la Carte Services
- Schedule and follow up of outside services such as photographers, stagers, cleaners or painters.
- Help organize and execute marketing projects, such as brochures, post cards or pop by gifts.
- Coordinate client appreciation events.

Transaction Coordination
From Contract to Close, this is a common list of tasks we will complete:
- Keep everyone informed - Introduction email will be sent providing deadlines and a copy of the executed contract to Listing Agent, Buyers Agent, Buyer/Seller (your client as appropriate), Attorney and Lender
- Ensure everything is fully executed with proper dates, initials, signatures and we will reach out for corrections as necessary
- Submit all required documents to compliance
- Ensure the Lender, Title Company and Broker receive any amendments or changes to the contract
- Coordinate Earnest Money delivery and send receipt to all parties
- Keep in contact with the Lender and Title Company throughout the transaction
- Provide Agent email updates on the status of the transaction
- Order Home Warranty, if applicable
- Coordinate and monitor status of buyers loan with Loan Officer
- Confirm inspection has been set up in accordance with offer deadline
- Monitor appraisal timeline and completion with Lender
- Remind Agent to draft Commission Statement
- Upload all disclosures, documents, and reports into Dropbox folder shared with agent
- Confirm closing date and time has been set up
- Send out post closing survey, if applicable
